Jesses Girl "Party Dress" Review

 I really don't have much to say about this product only that I love the color and the quality of the nail polish. For the price its pretty amazing quality. "Party Girl" to me seems to be a burnt orange shade. Here on the picture it throws off a red color because of the flash. It lasts forever, as I stated in my review for " Girls Night Out". It doesn't leave a glossy finish but you can always go over it with Revlons Quick Dry Top Coat and that alone will give a nice glossy, wet fresh look. I like to design my nails (even though I'm not amazing at it)lol, nonetheless practice eventually guarantees perfection..so I'm getting there..somewhat.lol. I put a leapord print in the colors of black, gold and hints of white & colored my ring finger in Revlons 925 Gold Coin. Looks pretty cute..if I do say so myself..not perfect but cute to say the least.lol. Well that's it for this review. Below I'll be posting up the pictures of the products mentioned above.

 I AM A HUGE FAN OF REVLONS TOP COAT! DRIES SUPER QUICK LEAVING A BEAUTIFUL "JUST DONE" LOOK! REVLONS "GOLD COIN" IS VERY GLAM METALLIC GOLD. DRIES PRETTY QUICK TOO.

 MILAN NAIL ART " ART OF GOLD" & KISS NAIL ART PAINT IN WHITE & BLACK

MILAN'S ART OF GOLD HAS A VERY RICH GOLD SPARKLY COLOR VERY GOOD TO MAKE ANY NAIL DESIGN POP. KISS NAIL ART HAS A FAIRLY  THIN APPLICATOR BUT NOT AS THIN AS OTHER THAT I HAVE USED. IT CAN MAKE IT A LITTLE CHALLENGING TO GET IT TO DO WHAT YOU WANT SINCE THE VERY TIP IS NOT CUT VERY POINTY. BUT HEY I WORK WITH IT, MAYBE ITS JUST ME. NOT THE BEST IVE USED BUT MANAGEABLE & IT DRIES REALLY QUICK!

Let's talk! Green, Yellow & Purple Corrective Concealers

Makeup concealers as we already know hide spots, dark circles, pimples, scars and give a smooth-on, blend-in camouflage cover-up for our skin flaws. Sooner or later we all want to conceal some type of unappealing imperfection on our face. Caking on makeup concealers is not the way to go, it will only make the skin flaw stand out even more! If you thinks about it and take a closer look most flaws on our face are color-related flaws such as dark, bluish under-eye circles, blemishes. In order to mask the flawed color and make it less obvious to the eye, you will need neutralize the imperfection with makeup correctors such as a green, yellow or purple concealer.

UNDERSTANDING HOW TO NEUTRALIZE COLORS WITH MY HANDY DANDY  COLOR WHEEL!!

This technique can be done BEFORE you apply your foundation.

Neutralizing colors are colors that appear OPPOSITE on the color wheel. For example- blue neutralizes orange, green neutralized red and so on. So in order to cover red blemishes and blotchy skin, you must neutralize the color first with a green makeup  concealer. When doing this want tap as you conceal. Then, cover with foundation makeup, you can also put a bit of powder to set it in. By just adding a typical colored makeup concealer, you won't conceal the problem because the red or blue tones will shine through. So you always need to neutralize the flaw first, then cover with your shade of foundation.

Makeup Color concealers are made typically in 3 color choices- green, yellow, and lavender (mauve). You need to understand which color concealer will neutralize the flaw. Look at the flaw you want to cover. What color is it? Is it acne (red) or under-eye circles (blue)? By identifying this first, you are now ready to conceal those annoying little imperfections! 


Yellow concealer: Also known as Apricot in color, used to conceal bluish bruises, under-eye circles and mild red tones on the face.*Warms skin & counteracts discoloration.

Lavender concealer: Used to normalize yellow-colored skin imperfections such as sallow complexions and yellow bruises. It can also help conceal very dark under-eye circles and dark spots on bronze skin tones. *Brightens Dull or Sallow Skin

Green concealer: Used to neutralize red tones on the skin. Use this for covering blemishes, zits, red blotches, rosacea, port-wine stains.*Minimizes Redness

So there we have it! A mini break down as to how to use those weird colored concealers! Now that you know how these colors work and their purpose you don't have to be afraid to use them. We are all not made perfect, and life itself isn't perfect leaving room for stress & hormonal crap that can cause blemishes and a load of other things. But at least there is hope for a stressed out glam girl who needs to boost her confidence just a notch on a day that all you want to is become a hermit so that no one will see your face. * Marilyn used vaseline to moisturize her skin but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Vaseline encourages hair growth.

*She also swept a pink or coral blush lightly across and underneath the cheekbones to brighten and lift her complexion.

*Marilyn, contrary to her glamorous image, did not like wearing makeup (or jewelry). When she wasn't wearing makeup, she smoothed olive oil on her face.

  MEET MY FRIEND OLIVE OIL

Olive Oil provides a number of benefits to achieve longer eyelashes because it is packed with nutrients from the olive fruit and filled with monounsaturated fatty acids and a high content of antioxidant substances which CONDITION your eyelashes so that they remain in the best state possible to achieve eyelash growth! Hmm,,I might just give up the falsies! What is great about this oil is that it is easily accessible being available at the majority of supermarkets or shops in your area and is ridiculously cheap to buy considering how much you will spend on already made eye make-up remover. It does not matter what type of olive oil you buy as all types of olive oil will give you great benefits.

WITCH HAZEL

Witch hazel is an excellent astringent, toning facial cleanser, used to decrease bags under eyes, skin puffiness, and to reduce pore size. THIS IS THE HARDEST PART!!!!! YOU ARE GOING TO ADD LIKE 2 TBSPNS. OF WATER. THEN YOU HAVE TO SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!! THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH WORK OUT FOR THE DAY FOR YOU. YOU MIGHT WANT TO SIT DOWN AND REGROUP AFTER THIS..LOL..JUST JKN!..BUT SERIOUSLY AFTER YOU ARE DONE IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS

STEP 4:

 NOW THIS IS THE BEST PART! YOU GET YOUR COTTON BALL AND PUT SOME OF YOUR HOME MADE REMOVER. THEN SWIPE OVER YOUR EYE TO REMOVE THE MAKE-UP! I HAD EYELINER ON AND ALL THAT JAZZ & IT COMPLETELY CLEANED IT BEAUTIFULLY!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IS THAT ITS VERY SMOOTH & IT WORKS AS A MAGNET, PULLING THE PIGMENT OF YOUR EYESHADOW OUT TO LIFE. IT WILL MAKE THE COLOR OF YOUR EYESHADOW REALLY POP! My Nail Changing Experience! co-starring Limary Gonzalez & Nailtiques

 

Do your nails suffer from soft, peeling, bitten, weak or thin nails? Well, not long ago so did I! That is of course until my BFF Limary Gonzalez shared her secret with me. Her nails too were weak and all that bad stuff. We couldnt grow our nails no matter how hard we tried! It was frustrating!
