THIS PICTURE INSPIRED THIS LOOK. I WAS JUST BROWSING THROUGH SOME X-MEN PHOTOS BECAUSE I LOOOVVE X-MEN..LOL..& I STUMBLED UPON THIS PICTURE. AS SOON AS I SEEN IT I KNEW I HAD TO BREW SOMETHING UP & WORK THE BRUSH..& SO I DID. HOPE YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE LOOK. I DON'T HAVE ANY YOUTUBE TUTORIALS YET..SORRY :( BUT BELOW I WILL BE GIVING THE DESCRIPTIONS AS TO WHAT WAS USED TO CREATE THIS LOOK.
PRODUCTS USED:
1. BASE: NYX JUMBO PENCIL IN MILK(put this all over your lid) This base will pull in the pigment from your shadow, enhancing colors & making your shadow last!
2. LID- LANCOME SHIMMER CENTER STAGE SHADOW(You will put this on your lid until you reach the point underneath the arch of your brow. Reason for this is because you dont want the gold to take away from the brown that you will be adding to your outer lid. You want the brown to be true to its color.)
3.OUTER LID/CREASE- URBAN DECAYS DEEPER SHADOW FROM THEIR 15YR ANNIVERSARY PALETTE( You little by little add the brown on the outer lid and while you doing this you softly want to create this kind of shape < . Do not go too high. Make sure you stay under your brow bone because you will be adding a couple other colors. As you work your way in the lid you want to BLEND. Remember you want your outer lid to be a little dark & as you work your way in, it should start to look lighter. You always want to add little by little by starting off with a small amount. It's always easier to keep adding on than to add too much to then start all over. DON'T RUSH..Take your time doll;)
4. OUTER CREASE ABOVE BROWN- MYBEAUTYMARK 1ST EDITION PALETTE-I used a RED and BURNT ORANGE color they had in their palette and softly & lightly blended the color on. I made sure I used my hands really light with barely any pressure so that it layed on smoothly and beautifully blended. REMEMBER BLEND, BLEND BLEND!! If you can see harsh lines you have NOT blended enough!
5. MID CREASE ABOVE BROWN-GLAMAMOUR COSMETICS PIGMENT CALLED JUICY(ORANGE COLOR)- This color I very very lightly dabbed some on the brush and lightly blended in in the mid section of my upper lid . As i did that i lightly blended it in with the brown. All these colors should look like they are fading into one another.
6. BROW BONE HIGHLIGHT- URBAN DECAYS VANILLA SHADOW FROM THEIR 15YR ANNIVERSARY PALETTE.( You want to take this color and put it on your brow bone and blend in!!)
7. INNER CORNER- TOO FACED *PINK FIRE* GLAMOUR SHIMMER DUST( You want to just take a little bit and dab some in your inner corner and VERY lightly work it in ..just so they wont be any streaking of dust. VUALA!
